Negele Hartmetall-Technik GmbH (NHT) is a mid-sized business fully dedicated since 1980 to sintering and fabricating precision-formed parts based on powder-metallurgy. We will make your parts to drawing from the high-performance materials tungsten, tungsten-copper, tungsten-heavy metal, molybdenum, TZM, and carbide – from one-offs to mass production. Tungsten

The central aspect for tungsten is its heat-resistance. No other metal has a melting point this high, which permits the highest application temperatures-

Tungsten copper (WCu)

Offers a lot and, depending on the copper content, much more. The sintered tungsten-copper material has the brand name EROMET at NHT and is mainly produced with a tungsten/copper content of 80/20, 75/25 and 90/10 (wt.%).

Tungsten heavy-metal (THM)

Our tungsten heavy metal is characterised by a high density compared to tungsten. This ensures significantly improved machinability and favourable mechanical properties.

Molybdenum (Mo)

...unpronounceable, extremely good. We supply molybdenum with a purity of more than 99.8 %.

Titanium-zirconium-molybdenum (TZM)

Three letters that make a big difference. Compared to pure molybdenum, TZM is stronger and has a higher recrystallisation temperature and higher creep resistance.

Carbide

...as hard as diamond. First introduced by Krupp in 1926 under the brand name "Widia", the name of this material says it all.
